Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a finance professional to conduct due diligence on co-investment opportunities and perform secondary private credit or structured finance analysis across APAC. You will prepare investment recommendations and historical financial analysis.

You will monitor portfolio performance, ensure covenant compliance, and help enhance processes through technology and refined workflows.

Qualifications

University degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
CFA or CAIA charter preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of investment experience in financial institutions.
Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in modeling, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in due diligence for investment transactions and alternative real estate sectors is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to draft detailed reports and present findings.

Responsibilities

Conduct due diligence on co-investment opportunities and secondary private credit or structured finance transactions, primarily within APAC.
Prepare comprehensive credit and investment applications, including historical financial analysis and investment recommendations.
Monitor the performance of the private credit portfolio, ensuring adherence to credit risk standards and covenant compliance.
Enhance investment and compliance processes through technology solutions and refined workflows.
