Job summary

Temasek Holdings, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore, is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join the Payroll team on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on payroll processing for SG and international offices, ensuring compliance with tax and CPF regulations.

You will prepare inputs for vendors, review payroll data, and support statutory reporting, audits, and system testing for OnePayroll. A minimum of 5 years’ payroll experience in SG is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar payroll processing role.
• Experience in SG payroll processing.
• Experience in IO countries payroll (Belgium, UK, USA, France) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payroll instructions for external vendor using standard input templates.
• Review IR21 and ensure compliance with tax & CPF regulations.
• Prepare ad-hoc GL postings outside payroll cycles.
• Collate payroll information for external vendors on agreed frequency.
• Support statutory reporting for IO offices.
• Participate in annual payroll audit.
