Temasek International Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Employee Tax professional to support tax advisory for internal stakeholders across local hires, international assignees, and business travellers. The role involves coordinating with tax vendors, reviewing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with evolving tax rules.

You will assist with tax cost estimates, non-resident filings, and policy reviews, while monitoring regulatory changes and advising on necessary actions.

Responsabilités

• Assist with tax advisory to internal stakeholders on tax/employment arrangement and ensure tax efficiency/compliance.
• Coordinate with tax vendors to ensure tax compliance including authorisation lists, compensation collation, and tax return reviews.
• Review tax/social security positions related to compensation items, partnering with external advisors and internal teams to manage risk.
• Prepare hypo tax and tax cost estimates for various scenarios.
• Prepare/review tax return filings for non-resident professionals and directors.
• Assist in managing tax vendors, including invoicing processes.
• Assist with review and preparation of company tax policies and procedures.
• Monitor changes to employment tax laws and assess impact on reporting requirements and changes needed.
