IMPACT INVESTMENT EXCHANGE PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Associate to drive governance and sustainability for the Orange Movement, focusing on origination and funder conversations in APAC.

In this relationship-first role, you will open doors with philanthropists and impact investors, convert conversations into commitments, and coordinate with IIX teams to accelerate market growth across Singapore and key APAC markets.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in the development sector with program delivery and project management.
• Proven client origination and funder-conversion skills.
• Experience in advisory or consulting across climate/gender sectors in APAC.
• Familiar with ESG compliance/reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; negotiator; comfortable representing IIX externally.
• Willing to travel ~25% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and conversion of new relationships across Membership, Sponsorship, and the Corporate Catalyst Program.
• Identify, qualify, and convert sponsorship and funder prospects in APAC.
• Bring persuasive proposals and confident negotiation at all funder journey stages.
• Connect OM priorities to offerings across Sustainable Finance, Strategic Initiatives, and ESG Advisory.
• Represent OM governance priorities in cross-functional forums and at events.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and governance-related activities to run the movement.
