Job summary

Equinix Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a software engineer to architect, deploy, and troubleshoot diverse software solutions.

You will interact with business and product teams to influence requirements and work with architecture and networking teams to shape deployments. You will develop APIs, model network entities, and engage in cross-team collaboration to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.

Qualifications

2+ years of software development experience with hands-on Golang
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies Docker/Kubernetes
Experience developing APIs using REST or gRPC
Basic networking concepts and protocols familiarity
Proficient in CI/CD: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD
Experience with agile software development practices incl. JIRA, Git
Nice to have Java tech stack with Spring/JPA/Messaging
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in CS or related field

Responsibilities

Actively participate in development, testing, and operation of reliable services and software
Contribute to APIs and services exposing data from the network model
Collaborate across teams to align software requirements and design trade-offs
Follow development and operational best practices and standard methodologies
Participate in on-call rotation when production service is active
