Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• Familiar with IFRS concepts.
• Strong data analysis and critical thinking.
• Client-facing experience in professional services.
• Prior audit experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Help clients achieve strategic goals in acquisitions or divestitures.
• Advise clients during due diligence to identify key value drivers.
• Work with EY service teams to deliver an integrated service.
• Contribute to cross-border assignments with EY offices worldwide.
• Prepare analyses of historical and pro forma financial information.
• Conduct industry and company research using public sources.
• Assist in researching accounting implications on valuation and structuring.
• Assist in preparing client reports and schedules.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client personnel.
