Dentons is seeking a qualified corporate lawyer in Singapore or Malaysia to support cross-border transactions and investments. You will advise on contracts, JV structures, and M&A, working closely with partners and clients across Singapore, China and Malaysia.

The ideal candidate has 4-5 years PQE at a reputable firm, strong English communication, and a track record in PE/VC. Hybrid work model and global inclusion policy support flexible arrangement.

Competenze

• Qualified lawyer in Singapore or Malaysia.
• 4–5 years' PQE with a reputable local law firm.
• Strong knowledge of local law, common law and English law.
• Experience in corporate transactions including general corporate work, share purchases, FDI, M&A, and PE/VC investments.
• Experience advising on contracts, investments, joint ventures and cross-border transactions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in an additional language would be advantageous.
• Prior arbitration experience and/or capital markets experience would be an advantage but not mandatory.

Mansioni

• Support the Partner in advising on and reviewing legal documentation relating to investments, joint ventures and cross-border transactions.
• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
• Review and draft contracts and transactional documents.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investments, private equity and venture capital transactions.
• Conduct legal research and provide practical legal solutions to clients.
• Support business development and client relationship management initiatives where required.
