You will analyse performance, risk, and portfolio construction, review manager materials, prepare concise notes, and assist Investment Committee materials.

Great candidates have 2–4 years in investments, strong numeracy, Excel proficiency, and clear communication; CFA/CAIA preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in investments, asset management, fund research, wealth management, consulting or related analytical role.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Comfortable with Excel and quantitative data analysis.
• Ability to read complex investment materials and extract key issues.
• Clear and concise written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in markets and external manager research.
• CFA/CAIA or similar qualification preferred but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Support qualitative and quantitative due diligence on prospective and existing fund managers.
• Analyse fund performance, risk, exposures, portfolio construction and positioning.
• Review manager materials, performance reports, investor letters and due diligence documentation.
• Participate in manager meetings and calls and prepare concise investment notes and follow-up analysis.
• Support preparation of materials and recommendations for Investment Committee review.
• Monitor approved funds for material performance, portfolio, personnel and organisational developments.
• Support fund onboarding and ongoing maintenance of the approved product list.
• Maintain fund performance data, manager information and due diligence records.
• Screen and compare new managers and strategies for potential inclusion on the fund shelf.
