Job summary

The Pictet Group is a leading independent wealth and asset manager seeking an Alternative Investments Analyst for our Asia team in Singapore. You will support marketing materials, client reporting, and solutions across hedge funds, private equity, and private real estate investments.

You will coordinate meetings, prepare client reports and proposals, analyze investment managers and performance, and help drive product launches and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics or related discipline.
• 2+ years in client reporting, administration, marketing materials preparation or similar support roles.
• Experience in asset management, alternative investments or private banking preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and comfort handling data for client-ready documents.
• Ability to use AI tools and automation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating marketing efforts for Alternative Investments products and services in Asia, including the preparation, updating and localisation of marketing materials and presentations.
• Coordinate and schedule client and prospect meetings, roadshows and events with smooth logistics.
• Support preparing client reports, investment proposals and pitch books tailored to client segments.
• Assist in analysing managers, strategies, performance and peer groups across hedge funds, private equity and private real estate.
• Support monitoring of underlying investments and client portfolios, including data collection and basic performance reporting.
• Maintain internal databases and filing systems for marketing materials and product information.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Be open to ad hoc projects and process improvements, including new product launches.
