Job summary

Hines in Singapore seeks an Analyst/Senior Analyst for Fund Management to join the Investment Management team. The role focuses on financial modelling, performance analysis, valuation, liquidity and reporting, with exposure to acquisitions, investor due diligence and capital raising.

Based in Singapore, you will work with senior leadership and cross-border teams across asset management, research, financing and development to drive portfolio performance and value creation in the Asia-Pacific

Qualifications

• Typically 2-5 years of relevant experience in real estate private equity or investment management.
• Bachelor degree from a high-calibre institution.
• Highly numerate with strong analytical and financial modelling capability.
• Ability to distil complex analysis into clear conclusions and present ideas effectively in written, verbal and graphical form.
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English; additional Asian language capability advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and review asset- and fund-level financial models, including portfolio performance, return forecasting, liquidity, valuation, cash flow and scenario analysis.
• Support fund-management cycle activities: quarterly planning, valuation, roll-up, liquidity forecasting, reporting.
• Process improvement and automation across modelling, reporting and data workflows.
• Asset management of investments, monitoring portfolio performance and value-enhancing initiatives.
• Selected acquisitions and strategic opportunities including underwriting, strategy and construction.
• Investor relations and capital raising activities with current and prospective investors.
