NTU PACE invites applications for the Senior Assistant Manager, Learning Governance & Process Excellence to establish and strengthen governance frameworks across adult educator management, curriculum and assessment practices.
You will ensure audit-ready quality assurance, oversee SWDA-aligned processes, and drive business process improvement including AI-enabled workflow automation to enhance efficiency, quality and stakeholder experience.
NTU PACE is the continuing education and training arm of Nanyang Technological University (NTU), supporting lifelong learning and workforce development through industry-relevant programmes for professionals and organisations. The Senior Assistant Manager, Learning Governance & Process Excellence is responsible for establishing, maintaining and strengthening robust governance frameworks and systems for Adult Educators management, curriculum and assessment practices, courseware quality assurance, assessment governance and continuous improvement across NTU PACE's lifelong learning portfolio. The role ensures compliance with institutional quality standards, Skills & Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) requirements through development of governance frameworks, documented processes, evidence management practices and audit-ready quality assurance systems while balancing the practical needs of a higher education institution. The role also supports business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to leverage AI and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency, quality assurance, scalability and stakeholder experience. The role works closely with Programme Directors, Adult Educators, Value Streams leads and industry stakeholders to support Adult Educator governance, courseware review, assessment quality assurance, industry validation and continuous improvement activities. The role also supports the digitalisation and standardisation of governance processes to improve efficiency, evidence traceability and stakeholder accountability.
