Job summary

PeopleSolve invites an experienced Senior Assistant Manager to lead Data Science & Analytics initiatives in Singapore. You will design and enhance user-facing features for Generative AI applications and contribute to both frontend and backend systems.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in CS/Engineering with 2+ years of full-stack development experience, and familiarity with Node.js, ReactJS, Remix, RESTful APIs, and Kubernetes. Strong collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: at least 2 years in client-side and server-side development.
• Proficiency in Python for backend application preferred.

About The Role

• Design, develop, and enhance user-facing features of the organisation's Generative AI applications, with a strong focus on improving user experience and usability.
• As a full-stack developer, you will not only work on front-end applications but also troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance backend functionalities.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders and technical peers by understanding, prioritizing, and negotiating requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, combined with at least 2 years of experience in developing both client-side and server-side applications.
• Preferred proficiency in Python for backend application.
• Knowledge and experience in any of the modern web frameworks and technologies such as Node.js, ReactJS, Remix and WebSocket will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with development tools like Git or similar for version control and collaboration.
• Demonstrated understanding and experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and database schema design.
• A good understanding of container technology, cloud deployment, experience in Kubernetes will be plus.
• A passion for solving real customer problems through the development of interactive web applications.
