Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Partnerships Manager to support collaboration strategies with academic institutions and healthcare partners, coordinate projects, and ensure timely progress with stakeholders.
You will serve as secretariat for partnership councils, prepare agendas and minutes, monitor sub-committees, and produce presentations and reports. You will also liaise with departments to administer collaboration agreements and manage academic partnership programmes.
Support the development and implementation of collaboration strategies with academic institutions and healthcare partners.
Coordinate and monitor collaboration projects, ensuring timely progress and stakeholder alignment.
Facilitate engagement initiatives, networking events, and partnership activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as secretariat for partnership councils and steering committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, action tracking, and follow-up.
Monitor progress across sub-committees and collaboration domains, providing regular updates to leadership.
Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials on partnership and strategic collaboration matters.
Liaise with relevant departments to support the drafting and administration of collaboration agreements.
Administer academic partnership programmes, including adjunct appointments and visiting academicians frameworks.
Track appointment outcomes, facilitate renewals, and support new appointment processes.
Maintain documentation, records, and reporting related to partnership activities and academic collaborations.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, Arts, or a related discipline.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in partnership management, stakeholder management, project management, or related functions.
Experience in strategic partnerships is an added advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience in supporting senior management meetings, committee administration, and governance processes.
Ability to prepare presentations, reports, and management papers.
Strong organisational, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
