Job summary

The NTU Investment Office, part of Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Fund Counsel to support complex investments across asset classes and geographies. You will provide legal guidance throughout the investment lifecycle, identify contractual and regulatory risks, and work closely with investment professionals and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification legal experience.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced investment environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

The NTU Investment Office which manages the University’s multi-billion-dollar global investment fund, is seeking to add an experienced Fund Counsel to join its team. The successful candidate will work on complex investments across a broad range of asset classes, transaction structures and geographies. Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, the Fund Counsel will work closely with investment professionals and key stakeholders, providing legal support throughout the investment lifecycle and helping to identify and manage legal, regulatory and contractual risks.
