The successful candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand business challenges, reimagine processes and translate business needs into practical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong business acumen, a growth mindset and the ability to embrace change, create clarity amid ambiguity and help business stakeholders navigate transformation confidently. The ideal candidate is passionate about Lean Thinking, Design Thinking and continuous improvement, with a drive to challenge the status quo and find better ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership & Process Improvement

• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify improvement opportunities and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to analyse current processes, identify root causes and design improved, user-centric processes.
• Apply Lean Thinking, Design Thinking and continuous improvement principles to simplify processes, challenge assumptions and explore innovative solutions.
• Bridge business and technology teams by translating complex technical concepts into clear, simple and business-relevant language.

Project Management, Business Analysis & Agile Delivery

• Independently lead end-to-end digital transformation projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, from discovery and requirements definition through implementation and adoption.
• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum teams and technical stakeholders to manage backlogs, sprint priorities, delivery milestones and dependencies.
• Proactively manage project scope, risks, issues and stakeholder expectations to ensure effective delivery.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, implementation readiness and transition to business-as-usual operations.

• Partner with business stakeholders to define measurable outcomes, success criteria and expected benefits.
• Monitor project outcomes, user adoption and benefits realisation to ensure sustainable improvements.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management to support the adoption of new processes, technologies and ways of working.

Key Requirements

Experience & Expertise

• At least 6 years of relevant hands-on experience in project management, business analysis, digital transformation or process improvement, with a proven track record of independently delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering digital or technology-enabled projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong practical business analysis capabilities, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence business stakeholders, facilitate discussions and translate technical concepts into business language.
• Practical experience applying Lean Thinking, Design Thinking and continuous improvement approaches to solve business problems.
• Experience in project governance, stakeholder management, change management and benefits realisation.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions, including AI agents, intelligent automation or agentic workflows, would be an added advantage.
