Job summary

EW ELITE SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a production technician for AMK to assemble mechanical, electrical or semiconductor sub-assemblies and final systems. The role requires following engineering drawings, conducting tests, and ensuring quality standards.

You will troubleshoot faults, operate precision tools, log metrics, and collaborate with supervisors, inspectors, and R&D engineers to optimize assembly flows. Capable of standing for long shifts with good manual dexterity is essential.

Qualifications

• Poly-diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a trade certificate strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
• Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and stamina to stand or perform repetitive tasks during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Product Assembly: Build mechanical, electrical, or semiconductor sub-assemblies and final systems per drawings and work instructions.
• Testing & Calibration: Perform functional, diagnostic, or performance tests on units to meet quality standards.
• Troubleshooting: Identify faults and defects and apply structured problem-solving or repairs.
• Tool & Equipment Operation: Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and precision instruments safely.
• Documentation & Quality Control: Log production metrics, track BOMs, follow 5S workspace and safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Work with production supervisors, quality inspectors, and R&D engineers to improve assembly flows.
