Qualifications

• 7+ years in Test Engineering with proven expertise in ATE platforms.
• Proficiency in digital, analog, and MXS test programming and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with ATE architecture and test hardware design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust test strategies, plans, and ATE programs for HBM-DRAM devices.
• Drive silicon validation, characterization, and yield improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of test solutions into production.

Skills

Programming skills in C/C++ and/or Java

Strong expertise with Advantest V93K

Hands-on experience with PCB layout

Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering

Tools

ATE test vector conversion tools like VTRAN

Lab test equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer)

Data analysis tools (e.g., JMP)
