Job summary

CHIC is seeking a Senior Art Director to join our Singapore team, bridging Paris and Singapore offices at the intersection of luxury, beauty and digital e-commerce. You will shape campaigns and assets for global and regional clients, delivering visually compelling work with executional excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in visual arts, visual communications or related field.
• Strong experience in digital, social or integrated design.
• Sharp eye for design, with strong skills in layout and visual storytelling.
• Broad sensibility to contemporary visual expressions and culture.
• Ability to interpret briefs into clear visual outputs.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; familiar with Teams.
• Good understanding of AI tools to aid workflow.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious, highly organized and able to manage tasks autonomously.
• Fluent in English; French or Mandarin is a plus.

CHIC is looking for a Senior Art Director to join our team in Singapore, working closely across Paris and Singapore offices at the intersection of luxury, beauty and digital e-commerce.
Working closely with the Digital Team in Singapore (Strategist and Art Director) and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the agency, this role plays a key part in bridging European brand thinking with international digital ecosystems. You will contribute to the development of e-commerce, social and campaign assets for global and regional clients, with a strong focus on executional excellence and digital relevance. You will report directly to our Group Creative Director, who is based in Paris, while working alongside the Singapore team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create engaging visual content for paid media, product storytelling and online activations
• Support the development and execution of various campaigns across e-commerce platforms and social media and retail environments
• Adapt brand assets, ensuring both consistency and local relevance
• Work closely with strategy and account teams to translate briefs into clear, effective creative outputs
• Collaborate with teams across Paris, Singapore and London to deliver quality work
• Contribute to the development of design systems and evolving content approaches across projects
• Build scalable design templates, guidelines and toolkits for efficient campaign execution

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in visual arts, visual communications or a related field
• Strong experience in digital, social or integrated design (Agency experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong understanding of digital and social content, especially within the beauty, luxury, lifestyle sector
• A sharp eye for design, with strong skills in layout, compositions, visual storytelling
• Broad sensibility to contemporary visual expressions and a strong appetite for culture
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into clear, effective visual outputs
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with collaborative tools (e.g. Teams)
• Good understanding of AI tools to help with workflow, ideation and execution
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a relatively fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and ability to align with different teams and expectations
• A curious mind, highly organized with the ability to manage tasks and priorities autonomously
• Eager to learn and adapt to different ecosystems and market needs
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional languages such as French or Mandarin are a strong advantage

BONUS POINTS

• Basic knowledge of Figma would be appreciated
• Simple animation skills with After Effects
• Familiarity with Asian digital platforms (e.g. Shopee / Lazada / Tiktok / Taobao / WeChat / Xiao Hong Shu) is a plus
