Job summary

We Are Social Singapore is seeking an Art Director and hands-on content creator with beauty experience to shape global work for a renowned bath brand. You will lead the visual direction, shoot and edit platform-native content, and ensure the brand's distinctive identity across campaigns and social channels.

You’ll collaborate with our creative team to translate insights into timely ideas, balancing craft with speed for social and digital formats, while guiding creators across markets to maintain

Qualifications

• Experience translating strategy into creative ideas for campaigns across platforms.
• Strong ability to shoot, direct and edit platform-native content.
• Deep understanding of beauty/cosmetics branding and audience dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategically grounded ideas for campaigns and social.
• Create, shoot, direct and edit content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and beyond.
• Own visual direction and guardianship of brand identity across outputs.
• Turn insights on beauty culture and trends into timely global ideas.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, production and account teams from concept to delivery.
• Present ideas with clear rationale and respond constructively to feedback.
• Guide creators across markets to maintain brand quality under tight deadlines.
