Job summary

KOE Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Site Coordinator to lead coordination across architectural and civil works on high-rise projects. You will review shop drawings, manage material submissions, and ensure compliance with contract drawings and QA/QC plans.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, leadership of subcontractors, and familiarity with BIM and arch. specifications. Travel within Singapore to project site offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil or related discipline is required.
• Certificates in structural/architectural disciplines (NCCS, BCSS, Safety or Lifting) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience on high-rise building projects.
• Able to lead sub-contractors, ensure quality, and minimize defects.

Responsibilities

• Lead site coordination with all trades.
• Prepare submission of shop drawings, materials, and MOS.
• Ensure work conforms to contract and drawings.
• Plan arch. works and micro-scheduling with other disciplines.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers; implement QC plan.
• Procurement and monitoring of architectural materials.
• Inspect, demo trades, test materials, and review shop drawings.
• Verify VO and prepare back charges; attend sub-con meetings.
• Ensure compliance with TOP checklists and RI (Arch).
• Update arch progress with scheduling tools; travel to project sites.
