Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as an RTO, with at least 8 years in supervision of architectural and fitting-out works.
• Diploma in Architectural or Civil/Structural discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.
• Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors’ Safety (BCSS).
• Conversant with statutory codes and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and progress reporting.
• Strong analytical ability with good verbal and written communication.
• Pro-active in resolving site issues and maintaining team spirit.
