Job summary

Kajima Overseas Asia (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Architectural Manager to oversee the architectural scope of large-scale projects, coordinating design, shop drawings, and on-site execution.

You will ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and align with clients and consultants. Responsibilities include design coordination, quality assurance, and stakeholder communications, with reporting to the HOD – Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in architecture and design management, focused on mega projects in Singapore.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM Navisworks and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural planning and design for mega projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and construction managers for project design from concept to execution.
• Manage project lifecycle: scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
