Job summary

Gensler is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer in Singapore to lead design development from concept through construction documentation. You will translate design intent into high-quality deliverables while guiding the project team and coordinating with allied disciplines.

The role requires strong design judgement, global and local knowledge, and the ability to manage complex technical challenges. Occasional travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Master of Architecture or equivalent.
• 5+ years of architecture/design experience with diverse typologies.
• Proven delivery through design development and construction documentation.
• Strong design judgement and presentation skills, backed by a portfolio.
• Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with Rhino, Grasshopper and Dynamo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural solutions from concept to construction documentation.
• Coordinate development of conceptual designs, space plans, and design packages.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Lead coordination across project teams with Design Director and Manager.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors and respond to RFIs.
