Job summary

RRECRUITER INT PTE. LTD. is seeking an architectural assistant to help develop construction plans and detailed drawings. You will prepare layouts, elevations, sections, and other drawings, while supporting R&D for project solutions and maintaining project documentation.

You will ensure designs meet applicable building codes and collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to drive design development to implementation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in architecture or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulatory standards.
• Proficient in BIM/design software including AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Assist architects in developing construction plans and design drawings.
• Prepare layouts, elevations, sections, and other architectural drawings.
• Support design research and development of project solutions.
• Maintain and organize drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes and standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Support project design development and implementation.
