Job summary

PARK + ASSOCIATES PTE LTD is seeking a capable architectural assistant to support the Architect across design, development and administration of projects in Singapore. You will participate in concept and schematic stages, conduct research, and help present design ideas for client review.

You will assist in producing drawings for submissions to authorities and procurement of contractors, and help manage construction administration under the Architect's supervision to drive projects toward

Qualifications

• Able to work independently.
• Well versed with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of SketchUp/ REVIT is a strong advantage.
• Good working attitude, proactive and hardworking.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily function of an Architect in design; design development and administration of the Architectural projects.
• Assist the Architect in Concept and Schematic design stage including research; conceptualizing; presentation and design development of architectural projects.
• Assist the Architect in production of drawing for onward submission to Authority, and procurement of Contractor.
• Submit and obtain required Authority Approval under supervision of the Architect.
• Assist the Architect in administration of construction projects leading to its completion.
