seeks a Senior Architectural Coordinator to lead architectural coordination across projects, ensuring design, construction methods and statutory requirements are integrated. You will drive multidisciplinary coordination, manage technical submissions, resolve design issues, and ensure milestones are met with quality standards; strong shop drawing coordination and document control are required.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in architecture or related field.
5–8 years in construction with architectural coordination.
Strong knowledge coordinating shop drawings across trades.
Proficient in Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

Lead review and coordination of shop, construction and as-built drawings across trades.
Manage end-to-end tendering process, including documents and meetings.
Prepare professional presentation materials for client and senior management.
Review technical specifications, shop drawings, and construction details for compliance.
Coordinate shop drawing and material submission schedules with procurement and construction teams.
Oversee submission, review and approval processes with consultants.
Mentor junior coordinators and ensure consistent project documentation.
