You will coordinate drawings, review blueprints, liaise with engineers and contractors, update schedules, and help prepare tender packages.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Building Construction Management.
Minimum of three years of professional experience in architectural coordination roles.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software for technical documentation.
Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and local construction standards.
Proven ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural engineering blueprints.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively between design consultants and construction teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all architectural drawings and technical documentation to ensure consistency across the entire project team.
Review construction blueprints to identify potential design conflicts before they impact site progress.
Communicate regularly with engineers and contractors to clarify technical requirements and resolve design discrepancies quickly.
Update project schedules and track submission deadlines to ensure all regulatory approvals remain on target.
Prepare detailed reports on design changes and document all variations for the project lead team.
Assist with the preparation of tender packages and review incoming bids for technical and scope compliance.
