The role focuses on resolving drawing discrepancies, ensuring adherence to architectural specifications, and supporting the Project Manager to meet project requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years local experience in private residential and commercial building projects.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and identify discrepancies.
• Knowledge of authorities (e.g. BCA) requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings.
• Resolve drawings discrepancy and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and quality standards.
• Assist Project Manager to develop project requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, structural and M&E engineers to resolve construction issues.
• Monitor site progress and prepare construction method statements and technical proposals.
