Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Principal Cybersecurity Architect for Application Security and DevSecOps to lead security across Dyson’s digital landscape, including eCommerce, mobile apps, APIs and cloud-native services. You will define reusable architectures and guardrails, and drive a scalable DevSecOps capability that embeds security into the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in application security architecture and secure software engineering.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and engineers.
Hands-on with SAST, DAST, and security test automation.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native security and container security.

Responsibilities

Set the application security and DevSecOps architecture direction aligned with risk policy.
Provide security guidance across web, mobile, API, and cloud-native systems.
Lead security architecture reviews and risk assessments throughout the SDLC.
Facilitate threat modelling and translate threats into engineering requirements.
Develop reusable security patterns and DevSecOps controls across CI/CD.
