Job summary

You will work on feasibility studies, estimation, and end-to-end delivery of new or revised systems in a collaborative, risk-aware environment. Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in applications development and analysis.
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk analysis, and establish and implement new or revised applications to meet business needs.
• Monitor and control all phases of development and provide user/operational support.
• Analyze complex problems, evaluate business processes, and apply industry standards for system design.
• Develop and implement security measures in post-implementation analysis.
• Consult with users and technology groups; propose advanced programming solutions.
• Define operating standards and processes; coach junior analysts; work with limited supervision.
• Exercise independent judgment and act as SME to stakeholders and team members.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
