Job summary

Luxoft Singapore is seeking an experienced applications developer to support delivery across multiple projects for a leading bank in Asia. The role covers requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment and post-implementation support within a structured governance framework.

The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with VB/.NET and Java, strong SQL skills, and comfort working in Linux environments.

Qualifications

At least 6 years of relevant experience.
Must be the experienced developer, with good experience in system integration/interfacing.
Strong experience in Application Development using VB/.NET and Java.
Strong hands-on experience in SQL and database technologies.
Experience working with Red Hat Linux and Shell Scripting.

Responsibilities

Perform requirement analysis, mapping design, technical specification, programming, code review, job scheduling, unit testing and SIT.
Support UAT, deploy to production, and provide post-implementation support and technical documentation.
Collaborate with manager and senior developers to formulate technically sound solutions that satisfy security, regulatory and architectural standards.
Code, script and build interfaces; provide environment support during SIT/UAT as needed.
Ensure documentation is prepared and handed over to production teams after cutover.
