Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join our client’s team in Singapore on a 2-year contract. The role requires 3+ years of experience with .NET, Kafka and Oracle, and strong MS stack expertise. You will handle incident investigations, bug fixes and end-to-end maintenance while ensuring service continuity.

Qualifications

3+ years as Application Support Engineer with .NET coding experience.
Strong MS stack skills: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, SSIS, SSRS.
Solid knowledge of Oracle Service Bus: Message Flow, Proxy Service, B2B, XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, SOA concepts.
Experience managing MSSQL and Oracle databases across infra and apps.
Familiarity with SCCM and SCOM for system monitoring.
Ability to deliver end-to-end maintenance including incident investigation, resolution and bug fixes.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end application maintenance and support.
Investigate incidents, determine root causes and implement fixes.
Collaborate with teams to ensure stable service delivery.
