Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) invites applications for an experienced application support professional to join the Central Banking & Development Platforms (CBD) payment team, supporting the MEPS+ system and domestic securities management systems.

You will ensure service availability, monitor production health with Grafana and ELK, and manage patches, incidents, disaster recovery and security exercises in a financial infrastructure context.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in application support, operations, or site reliability engineering.
• Preferably in payments, securities settlement, or financial infrastructure.
• Proficiency in SQL for database queries and production analysis.

Responsabilités

• Maintain production application health and investigate errors, exceptions, and system alerts.
• Maintain system observability using monitoring tools such as Grafana and the ELK stack.
• Patching & compliance: accurate and timely technical evidence.
• Incident & continuity management: disaster recovery procedures, timely incident response and resolution.
• CyberEx exercises and implement recommended security measures.
