Qualifications

• 10+ years of benefits experience including deep knowledge of benefit programs across APAC.
• Proven track record in delivering successful benefits programs.
• Very strong financial, analytical and audit skills; strong command of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead insurance/program renewal analyses and recommendations.
• Benchmark benefits programs through participation in surveys.
• Analyze benefit program data for trends and cost drivers.
• Develop design and recommendations of new or revised programs.
