Job summary

Sandpiper, a fast-growing reputation and policy management consultancy, seeks an Associate Director in Singapore to lead client programmes, strategic advisory, and business development across APAC. You will shape content strategy, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and foster senior client relationships.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with about a dozen years in communications, agency experience preferred, and strong writing and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications.
• 12 years of relevant communications experience.
• Agency experience is an advantage.
• Financial or professional services experience would be an advantage.
• Strong client servicing and account management skills.
• Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Creative thinker and entrepreneurial with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business and cross-sell across global clients and practice areas.
• Manage, motivate, retain and develop employees within the market and broader business.
• Lead client meetings, provide strategic advisory and day-to-day counsel.
• Drive new business pitches, opportunities, and organic projects.
• Deliver intelligence and insights for clients and colleagues.
• Lead strategy development for smaller programmes and propose fresh approaches.
• Foster interagency relationships and maintain high-quality client relationships.
