Job summary

Grab, Southeast Asia's leading superapp, is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager for Geo and IoT. You will lead a team of 5–7 data scientists and partner with Product, Engineering and Data Science to turn complex data into actionable strategies that shape our platform and business decisions.

Reporting to the Head of Analytics, Fulfilment and Geo, you will drive experiments, data storytelling, and cross-functional impact, while mentoring talent and championing a data-driven culture across Grab.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data-related or quantitative fields, with a background in D2C or B2C contexts such as Marketplaces, Logistics, or Fulfilment.
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading and growing high-performing teams, both horizontally and vertically.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, R or other scripting/programming languages.
• Deep experience designing and executing experiments (A/B tests, time-slice experiments, advanced methods).
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills to present insights to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to take ownership of open-ended, ambiguous business problems and propose novel solutions.
• Proven track record of fostering a data-driven culture and analytics adoption across an organization.

As the Senior Analytics Manager for Geo and IoT, you will work lead a dedicated team of 5-7 data scientists and report directly to the Head of Analytics, Fulfilment and Geo. In this highly cross-functional role, you will collaborate with diverse teams - including Product, Business, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to transform raw data into dynamic, actionable solutions. Your insights will directly shape groundbreaking products and programs, setting new benchmarks for excellence across our platform.
