Qualificações

• Advanced quantitative degree required.
• 5+ years in Advanced Analytics, Applied Data Science, Economics or related fields.
• Expertise in retail operations analytics and omnichannel insights.
• Experience applying AI/ML to retail store analytics, forecasting and store segmentation.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns and actionable insights.
• Define and monitor KPIs; apply causal inference to optimize strategies.
• Act as strategic advisor to stakeholders to translate findings into actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical findings into recommendations.
• Craft presentations and reports that distill analysis into clear narratives for leadership.
