Job summary

SHOPEE SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a data-driven analytics professional to join the Regional Affiliate team. You will partner with regional and country stakeholders to translate business questions into structured analyses and hypotheses.

You will analyse affiliate performance, develop insights, and present recommendations to senior management while working with BI/data teams to define metrics and measurement frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics, strategy & growth analytics, consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data.
• Ability to translate data findings into insights, recommendations and management presentations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions and markets.
• Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in e-commerce/marketplace/affiliate/creator economy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and country stakeholders to translate business questions into structured analytical problems and hypotheses.
• Analyse affiliate performance and business drivers to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations and strategic action plans.
• Collaborate with BI/data teams to define metrics and measurement frameworks.
• Independently drive analytical projects end-to-end from problem definition to implementation follow-up.
• Present findings, implications, and recommendations to stakeholders including senior management.
• Support regional strategy development, market reviews, and evaluation of new growth opportunities.
• Develop understanding of affiliate drivers, including performance and cost efficiency, and establish best practices across markets.
