Job summary

The Lonza Singapore site seeks an Analyst / Senior Analyst, Development Services (Purification) to advance downstream purification process development for recombinant protein therapeutics. You will perform chromatography-based purification experiments, operate purification equipment, and generate data under supervision, ensuring compliance with EHS, quality, cGMP and data integrity requirements.

This is a fully site-based role chosen to support close collaboration and precise manufacturing

Qualifications

Degree/PhD in Life Sciences or a related field.
Good understanding of protein purification and downstream processing.
Experience with chromatography techniques; ÄKTA systems and Unicorn software advantageous.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine downstream purification activities including chromatography, filtration, viral clearance studies, and process evaluation experiments.
Prepare buffers, reagents, and process materials required for laboratory studies.
Execute laboratory studies with a high level of Right First Time (RFT) performance.
Perform sampling, testing, and data collection according to approved procedures and study protocols.
Assist in technology transfer, process optimization, and characterization studies.
Troubleshoot experimental and equipment-related issues with guidance from senior team members.
