Job summary

Ambiq seeks a Principal Engineer, Analog Design (Team Lead) to shape the technical roadmap for core analog subsystems, including PMUs, clocking, and data converters. You will lead and develop a team of analog designers across multiple programs, balancing hands-on design with people leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading analog design teams.
• Strong experience in PMUs, clocking and data converters.
• Experience with advanced nodes (22nm/12nm) is a plus.
• Willingness to be onsite five days a week in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-generation analog architecture strategy and block specs.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analog designers.
• Set design standards for circuit architecture, verification, and layout.
• Make high-risk architectural calls and drive design reviews.
• Lead transistor-level analog IC design for critical blocks.
• Partner with digital design leadership for mixed-signal integration.
• Own analog test and validation strategy from prototype to production.
• Represent analog engineering in cross-functional discussions.
