Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd seeks a detail-oriented AML professional to triage review triggers, assign cases, and monitor SLAs. You will work with AML, Compliance, and Tech teams to ensure accurate routing, timely remediation, and robust controls.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in AML operations, strong Excel and data tools skills, and a proactive mindset to drive process improvements in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in AML operations, screening, KYC or workflow/assignment roles (2–5 years).
• Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with dashboards/Power BI and SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Triage AML review triggers, delegate and escalate as needed, and monitor SLAs.
• Oversee case assignment, workload balancing, and reservoir management.
• Ensure SOPs, controls, and maker-checker processes comply with AML/CFT rules.
• Coordinate with AML teams, data analytics, compliance and business units; report metrics.
