Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analysis, preferably in banking/fintech.
• Strong AML, CDD, name screening, and transaction monitoring experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Support AML watchlist management, screening, and monitoring processes.
• Document BRDs, functional specs, and requirements traces.
• Collaborate with compliance, operations, and technology teams.
• Support SIT and UAT, plus deployment planning.
