Qualifications

• Practical experience performing AML investigations or supporting AML processes.
• Experience in AML governance, reporting, business analysis or programme coordination.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into clear materials.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance, reporting and operating rhythm for SIT AML analytics.
• Maintain consolidated view of SIT's AML analytics portfolio and outcomes.
• Develop dashboards and insights to support portfolio oversight and decisions.
• Coordinate governance forums and record decisions, actions and owners.
• Define templates for portfolio reporting and benefits tracking.
• Consolidate information into actionable management insights.
• Lead requirements and change requests for the case management tool.
• Engage users to translate needs into testable business requirements.
• Oversee testing, deployment readiness and post-implementation validation.
• Track delivery progress and escalate delays or risks.
• Collaborate with wider team on governance, modelling and priorities.
• Maintain a knowledge repository for transparency and improvement.
