Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Senior Technician to perform complex maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and repair on aircraft airframes and engines. You will guide junior technicians and work with Engineering, Quality Assurance and Operations to maintain safety, quality and readiness.

You will lead fault diagnosis, document maintenance records, and support continuous improvement in the workshop while ensuring compliance with civil aviation authorities.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level or equivalent with hands-on aerospace experience.
• Experience in airframe and engine maintenance in an aerospace environment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed airframe and engine maintenance, including overhaul and repairs.
• Lead troubleshooting and fault diagnosis to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to technicians.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement modifications and service bulletins.
• Support audit processes and drive continuous improvement in the workshop.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inspection reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
