Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Air-con Technician to service residential and commercial air-conditioning systems across Singapore. The role involves installation, inspection, and repairs, with a focus on preventive maintenance and handling of chemical washes.

You will travel between customer sites and must meet the minimum education and experience requirements. The position is permanent and offers a monthly salary up to SGD 2,500 with medical benefits.

Formación

• Minimum secondary-level education or equivalent.
• At least 1–2 years of hands-on air-conditioning servicing, installation or repair experience.
• Able to troubleshoot common residential and commercial air-conditioning faults.
• Familiar with general servicing, chemical wash and chemical overhaul procedures.
• Able to perform physically demanding field work and travel between customer sites.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and cooling-system faults.
• Replace faulty components such as compressors, fan-coil motors and related parts.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
• Carry out installation and replacement of air-conditioning systems.
• Travel between customer sites as required.
• Follow workplace safety and service procedures.
• Perform other related technical duties as assigned.

• Working hours: 6 days, 44 hours per week
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,500 Monthly Basic Salary + Medical Benefits
