Job summary

Bitdeer, headquartered in Singapore, seeks a senior software reliability engineer focused on observability. You will architect and scale telemetry pipelines across GPUs and AI workloads, using Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Go, inside a Kubernetes environment.

You will lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and build eBPF-based tools to diagnose latency and bottlenecks. Experience with kernel tracing, NVIDIA DCGM, and multi-tenant billing will help.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software or site reliability engineering experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.
• Advanced Go programming and Kubernetes metric exporters.
• Experience with kernel tracing tools (eBPF) and Linux performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale a high-cardinality telemetry infrastructure with time-series databases.
• Integrate hardware exporters into the Kubernetes observability stack.
• Build eBPF-based diagnostic tools to trace latency and bottlenecks.
• Develop dashboards and alerting pipelines for proactive remediation.
• Design metric pipelines for multi-tenant GPU and network utilization.
• Lead design reviews and mentor team on telemetry best practices.
