Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Telemetry Architect to design and scale a high-cardinality telemetry infrastructure for AI cloud and HPC workloads. You will integrate hardware exporters (NVIDIA DCGM, IPMI/Redfish) into the Kubernetes observability stack and build eBPF-based diagnostics to trace latency and bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of software or site reliability engineering experience with Prometheus/OpenTelemetry.
• Advanced proficiency in Go and Kubernetes metric exporters and operators.
• Hands-on experience with eBPF and kernel tracing; Linux performance tuning.
• Experience with AI hardware metrics and high-performance network telemetry.
• Strong technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale a high-cardinality telemetry infrastructure.
• Integrate hardware exporters into the Kubernetes observability stack.
• Build eBPF-based diagnostic tools to trace latency and bottlenecks.
• Develop automated dashboards and alerting pipelines for degraded hardware.
• Design metric pipelines for real-time GPU and network utilization billing.
• Collaborate with GPU Systems and Scheduling teams to set observability standards.
• Lead design reviews and mentor team on telemetry collection and analysis.
