Job summary

EPAM is seeking engineers in Singapore to design and implement AI developer agents that can generate, refactor, and document complex codebases at scale. You will drive a shift toward agentic workflows while remaining hands-on in delivery and integration with existing tooling.

You will work with Java, JavaScript, Python or .NET and leverage large language models to build production-grade AI-enabled SDLC pipelines, aligning with enterprise goals and stakeholder requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI developer agents and AI-enabled workflows.
• Familiarity with LLMs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT or Google Gemini).
• Understanding of RAG architectures and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI developer agents capable of generating and refactoring codebases.
• Shift from manual coding to agentic workflows while staying hands-on.
• Deliver high-velocity prototypes to prove AI-driven engineering power.
• Design and integrate AI-enabled workflows into the stack (Git, Jira, CI/CD).
• Consult with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI SDLC solutions.
• Explain trade-offs of agentic design and align with enterprise goals.
