Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is expanding its Singapore-based AI-Centric Delivery practice. We seek a Solutions Architect to design and deliver enterprise architectures where AI serves as a foundational capability. You will prototype, validate architectures, and guide engineering teams in implementing AI-augmented SDLC workflows.

The role emphasizes hands-on prototyping, senior-level delivery, and collaboration with client stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable AI integration across the stack.

Qualifications

• Senior-level software/solutions architecture with enterprise delivery experience.
• Hands-on with large language models and generative AI (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini).
• Experience designing agentic workflows, tool-use memory, multi-step reasoning, and human-in-the-loop patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and validate AI-SDLC developer agents and multi-agent orchestration workflows.
• Advise senior client stakeholders by translating business requirements into AI-augmented solution architectures.
• Architect and integrate AI-enabled workflows across the engineering stack including CI/CD, code review, testing and documentation.
• Deliver prototypes under tight delivery windows to demonstrate AI-native engineering value.
• Lead end-to-end design of enterprise architectures with agentic systems and RAG pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and enterprise architecture teams to align with security and governance.
