Job summary

Razer (Asia-Pacific) Pte Ltd is seeking a senior AI leader to develop intelligent autonomous systems for gaming. You will lead a team focused on reinforcement learning, agent-based models, and scalable gameplay agents that adapt across engines and genres.

You will collaborate with AI engineers, game developers, and software engineers to deliver robust, production-ready AI across diverse gaming environments. Leadership, strong Python, and knowledge of RL methods are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field required.
• 3+ years of applied reinforcement learning or intelligent autonomous systems leadership.
• Strong Python proficiency; C++/Rust is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team developing intelligent gameplay agents and autonomous systems.
• Define the technical roadmap for agent-based intelligence across multiple engines and genres.
• Drive RL, imitation learning, planning, and hybrid approaches for robust agents.
• Ensure scalable, production-ready AI systems and effective evaluation frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy and scale agents in production pipelines.
• Promote experiment tracking, reproducibility, and large-scale training workflows.
• Communicate progress and long-term strategy to cross-functional stakeholders.
